• How far are the hotels from the airport?
  A: We're just minutes away from the Orlando International Airport.
  
  
• Are the hotels close to the major attractions?
  A: All hotels are within 10 minutes of Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando and Sea World.
  
  
• How can I obtain tickets to the attraction, like Walt Disney World®, Sea World, and Universal Orlando?
  A: Our Guest Services Desk is happy to assist guests with arranging all attraction tickets.
  
  
• Are there shuttles to the airport and area attractions?
  1. Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista - complimentary scheduled shuttles to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and Sea World.
  2. Quality Inn Plaza, Quality Inn International, Rodeway Inn International, Rosen Plaza and the Rosen Centre hotels:
     Complimentary scheduled shuttles to:
     Universal Orlando, Sea World and Wet N Wild.
     Regular Shuttle service to:
     Orlando International Airport and all attractions for a nominal fee. Shuttles can be arranged by the Guest Services Desk in each hotel's lobby

     Walt Disney World - International Drive hotels- approximately $12 per person.
     Airport shuttle - approximately $28 per person
     Airport taxi - $26 - $34 each way for up to 7 people.
     
     
• What other services does the Guest Services Desk provide?
  A: They can handle restaurant reservations, currency exchange, car rental, excursions and shuttles to the airport (fee) and area attractions.
  
  
• What are check-in and check-out times?
  A: Check-in is at 3 p.m., check-out is by 11 a.m. Late check-out is available; a fee may apply.
  
  
• What are my dining options?
  A: All hotels offer onsite restaurants with excellent dining as well as light meal selections in our Lite Bite Deli and Mini-market. In addition, be sure to try:
  Shogun - Authentic Japanese Steakhouse with Teppanyaki dining at the Rodeway Inn International.
  Jack's Place - Great Steaks and Seafood surrounded by the world's largest collection Rosen Plaza Hotel.
  Everglades Restaurant - let your good taste run wild with steaks, seafood and regional specialties in a themed setting that captures the mysterious beauty of Florida's Everglades, in the Rosen Centre Hotel.
  
  
• Do your restaurants offer specials for families or seniors?
  A: Yes. We have Senior and Early Bird specials, as well as a Kids Eat FREE Program.

  A: Yes. We offer a video arcade, swimming pool, cable TV with pay-per-view movies, lounges, Golf and tennis. Some hotels feature children's playgrounds.

  A: All hotels offer ample free parking with plenty of room for buses and RV's as well.
  
  
• Does the hotel have laundry facilities and offer dry cleaning services?
  A: Yes, all hotels have self-serve laundry facilities. For valet and dry cleaning or laundry service, please contact the front desk.
  
  
• What credit cards are accepted?
  A: All hotels accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club/Carte Blanch, Encore and JCB.
  
  
• Do the hotels offer business services?
  A: Faxing, copying and shipping are available at all hotels. The Rosen Plaza and the Rosen Centre offer complete business centers.
